Originally founded in 1978 as Castle Hill Lobster, the business began with a focus on fresh, local lobsters and a commitment to quality and community. Over the years, as the tides of the industry shifted, so did we. Clams became our calling drawn from the very flats we’ve always known, handled by people we trust, and delivered with the same care and pride we were founded on.

This natural evolution led us to become Castle Hill Clams and Seafood, a name that reflects who we are today without forgetting where we came from. Just like the tides, change is part of the rhythm here and it’s guided us toward what we do best.
